She provided us with lots of information and resources throughout the whole process, which helped us feel confident in understanding what was happening at each step in the process. What helped make this experience so great was her ability to help us figure out an alternative plan when my bank gave us the wrong information and potentially jeopardizing our chances of getting this house . She communicated really well with our realtor and my husband and I to come up with a solution for the situation our bank put us in . im amazed that she was able to be so problem solve so quickly . My husband and I are so thankful that for eveything she did to make this work and we look forward to continuing to work with her in the future.
