We traveled far in 2025.

But the moments that mattered most were closer to home.

Eitan’s late evening hockey games, never missed one.
Nathan finishing college and stepping into a new chapter.
A short film script written by Nathan and honored with a Best Script Indie Film award.
Eitan earning his private pilot’s license.

And summer evenings flying to the San Juan Islands for dinner, where flight hours became family memories.

This year reminded me that true success is not measured in distance or accolades.
It is measured in presence, pride, and the privilege of watching your children become who they are meant to be. Happy New Year my friends.

Grateful to have spoken at NAHREP Seattle today standing on that stage reminded me how far faith and perseverance can take you.

When I came to this country as a refugee, I never imagined moments like this, sharing my story and inspiring others to keep pushing forward, no matter how hard the journey gets.

Leadership isn’t about having all the answers. It’s about sharing your lessons so someone else can find their strength a little sooner.

When we take over buildings we inherit all the tenants that come along with it. This person did us a favor after not paying and said they will turn the keys over to us 🤣🥴. Luckily it was a trash out and light paint job. When you do your walkthroughs during due diligence make sure all your bones are good. I love LVP floors, they last 15+ years. Paint is an easy job as well. Main things I look for is plumbing, electric, crawl space and attic. The rest is an easy fix. Even those items listed above I’ll tackle as long as the price is right. What’s your comfort level? Projects you would take on?

As I reflect back on 2024 I am grateful to have spent lots of quality time with my friends and family. We traveled last summer with our kids to Kenya, and trekked mountain gorillas in Rwanda.

My burnt building finally received a certificate of occupancy after 18 months of renovations and we can start filling it. We also added a new building to our portfolio.

May we all have a Happy and Healthy New Year! I think if we have health we can buy everything else. So here’s to your health 🥂 🥂🎊🎉

Today we had another successful meetup for business owners. We talked about mediation techniques in business, with bussiness partners and in life in general. Biggest take away for me was to always ask questions and listen. What does the other side want? May be you want money and the other side just wants Aston Martin 🤷🏻‍♀️that’s sitting in the other parties garage. Thank you Anastasia for your time and for such a valuable insight
