Buyer clients can WIN by being able to present an all-cash offer. There's a program that will allow buyers to make all-cash offers without having the funds upfront to close a transaction (MORE DETAILS WILL BE PROVIDED).

All-cash offers can give prospective buyers a sizable leg up on the competition.

As we all know, sellers prefer all-cash because it eliminates the uncertainty of a buyer being unable to obtain mortgage financing and the transaction falling through. Plus, the transaction can be closed in as little as 10 days,
