With a background in sales, marketing and financial planning I've found success as a Loan Officer in a short period of time. to love everything it has to offer, including the rain, and love exploring it further. I spent my childhood growing up in Bellevue, WA and graduated Bellevue High School in 2005. From there I spent four unforgettable years Washington State University and graduated in 2009. In 2014 I married my high school sweetheart Lauren. In the summer of 2016 we welcomed our first son Carter, in the spring of 2019 we welcomed our second son Owen and in the winter of 2021, we welcomed our third son Bennett. Our family currently resides in Snoqualmie, WA with our dog Lily. Some of my favorite hobbies include: cooking, golfing, football, basketball, baseball, road trips, concerts, beer/wine tasting, and visits to the dog park.

❄❄📉✂Just like the winter snow, mortgage rates have been falling. High optimism on the Fed. cutting their rates in 2024. The 5.5% coupon is up an astonishing ~667BPS since mid October and the 10 year is down ~110BPS since the same time. This is a huge positive movement for mortgage rates. If you closed on a home from mid September to mid November, now could be a good time to consider a refinance too. Still a long road ahead but get in before everyone else does.

Big shout out to Highland Home Inspection. We had a few things we wanted checked out at our place as we didn’t know where to start, Nathan was absolutely fantastic. His knowledge and expertise really helped us understand what was going on with our home and that we really shouldn’t be overly concerned! If you are thinking of selling or buying soon, I’d highly recommend him to anyone in need of a home inspection.
