Are you (or your client) looking at the Washington State Housing Finance (WSHFC.org) program to buy a home with little or no money down? Wonder why housing is so expensive? Developer has owned this land for 7 years and still hasn't broken ground. I love trees and nature as much as the next guy, but chances are pretty good that the house/neighborhoods we all, already live in were trees and forest at one point. Just saying.

It's been a six-year "battle" between Save Coal Creek advocates and a developer, Isola Homes, that owns 12 acres adjacent to the main trail.
