Buyers must meet all the First-Time Homebuyer Grant program criteria, including loan and property qualifications, all of which are not listed here. BECU will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC or W-2 to an applicant where a Form 1099-MISC or W-2 is required by applicable law. Applicants should consult their own accountant(s) or tax advisor(s) to determine tax implications, if any.
*To qualify for the $2,000 lender credit, you must be a first-time homebuyer that does not qualify for the First-Time Homebuyer Grant due to income limitations; your income must exceed 100% Fannie Mae area median income (AMI) limitations. Funds must be used toward closing costs for the purchase of a primary residence. Eligible loans include 30-, 20-, or 15-year fixed-rate mortgages. Autopay must be set up from a BECU account. The rate must be locked, and the loan funded by Dec. 31, 2023. You must receive approval for the $2000 lender credit, which is available until FTHB funds are depleted for the year 2023 or Dec. 31, 2023, whichever comes first. Total lender credit may not exceed the actual amount of closing costs and prepaids, and no cash back will be paid to the borrower. Offer cannot be combined with other offers, except the $250 FTHB coupon. BECU reserves the right to cancel this offer at any time.
