Job Description:
The Mortgage Processing Specialist is responsible to manage all loans files from the beginning to the end. These tasks include inputting loan information, packaging all require documents, contact related parties such as title, appraisals, insurance, LO, and underwriters to obtain necessary documentation. Assisting to clear all conditions on the loan files request by the lender/underwriters and coordinating with escrow to schedule closing the files.
Responsibilities and functions include but are not limited to:
= Contact clients for sale calls and emails.
= Contact all related parties to the loan files, schedule and obtain documentation by phone, email and necessary means of contact.
= Work closely with Mortgage Bankers and clients.
=Inputting information into the loan system.
=Organize all loan files for easy access.
=Packaging loan files for submission.
=Clearing all conditions on the loan by the underwriter.
=Expectation for punctuality, on-time, schedule and attendance.
Education and Experienced:
=Proficient with word, excel, ppt and computer related skills.
=Excellent verbal and writing communication skills.
=Self starter, independent and team-player.
=Mortgage lending knowledge is a plus
=Bilingual is a plus
=Willing to learn new skills
=Training available
