I just had a buyer tell me, "if I didn't attend a homebuyer class I wouldn't be signing papers for a home this month." She made a goal late into last year, showed up to the class, got knowledge and understanding of how the process works, but most of all gained confidence.

If you want to own a home this year, setting a goal to attend a homebuyer class is a MUST! We have several dates, so no excuses. ;)
