We prepped the home to shine with professional staging and photography and priced strategically to create maximum attention.

The response was immediate. 7 private showings in the first 24 hours and 25 groups through the open house.

Within 48 hours we received multiple offers, all escalating over asking. We negotiated the strongest terms and went pending in just 2 days.

Listed March 20 and closed April 10.
