It’s been a hard few days at our office. We lost a member of our office family last week.

Niki has been with us for almost 10 years. She’s been our “go-to” when it came to running the back office, bookkeeping, office management, helping with IT issues, etc. The list could go on and on.

One of the things I liked best about Niki was her loyalty. She and I would always bounce ideas off each other with regards to taking the agency into the future. I always appreciated those conversations; not only did some great ideas come to fruition because of those conversations, but it also told me that she was planning to stick around with me long term.
As a small business owner there is nothing more comforting then knowing an employee plans to be there for the long haul and she made that very clear. I’ll truly miss those conversations.

Niki was a dear friend, a great employee, a patient “work wife” and she left us all way too soon.

Please keep her husband, Rick, and her daughter, Taylor, in your prayers. She loved them deeply and was so proud of them both.

Fly high, my friend. I will miss you. We ALL will miss you.
