Where is Jake today?! He was at The Secret Garden in Waynesville! The Secret Garden has many decor options for your home, inside & out! Jake had a wonderful time walking around & admiring all the beautiful pieces they have here! When it is warmer, The Secret Garden has paths around the property for you to view more artwork! They have gifts of all sorts here. Most items are handmade by very special people. The Secret Garden is located in Waynesville off of ST RT 73. Go check them out! 🪻🌷🪴

Jake went to the Sugarcreek Bird Farm today! He met lots of gorgeous birds. First bird pictured is Mandy, she has a lot to say! Then we have Sadie, she is 33 years old! Fun fact, large macaws can live up to 50-80 years old. If you want to get out of the house in these cold days, Jake suggests visiting the bird farm. You’ll meet lots of neat & talented birds. The team is very helpful! They will help you learn about each bird & their personalities. Hope you all have happy & safe holidays! 🎄✨🕊️

Jake was enjoying a Christmas book at Winter’s Library today! Winter’s Library has been around for almost 120 years! It was sold back in 1906 for $1 by the original owner, Jonathan Harshman Winters. His only request is that the building remains a library. Which it sure has! They have all sorts of events this month. Events for adults and children. Check their website for dates and upcoming events. Make Jake happy and go visit Winter’s and read your favorite book!

Jake checked out TJ’s Garden today! There is so much to look at in this shop. Gorgeous flower arrangements, all sorts of house plants, beautiful pots, trinkets and more! There are even two Canaries that live here full time. Henry & his son, Patches. They are talkative fellas! If you need any floral pieces for the holidays, check out TJ’s Garden! The owner is absolutely wonderful.
