🎃👻 Two Spooktacular Events, One Amazing Community!

Our Belmont Savings Bank team has been getting into the Halloween spirit, and we've had a BOO-tiful time celebrating with our Ohio Valley neighbors!

We were thrilled to take part in two fantastic community traditions:

Bellaire's 10th Annual Halloween Celebration at Bellaire City Park, hosted by the Bellaire Planning Committee.

Boo at the Barn at the Belmont County Fairgrounds!

From creative costumes to smiling faces, it's moments like these that remind us why we love being part of these communities.

We're proud to support the teams, traditions, and institutions that make the Ohio Valley such a special place to call home. And few traditions bring our community together quite like West Liberty University basketball!

We're especially excited to join Project BEST as presenting sponsors of the Hilltopper Classic, coming to West Liberty University December 18–19!

This exciting two-day event will bring outstanding college basketball competition to the Hilltop, along with a local high school showdown between Wheeling Park and Brooke.

Our President & CEO, Todd Cover, summed it up perfectly:

"It's a one-of-its-kind event. The quality of competition is going to be off the charts, and it's just exciting for us to be a part of that."
