Bar owners: Are you aware that your policy may exclude Assault and Battery? This can usually be added as an endorsement to your policy to make sure you are covered for such events:

Commonly Excluded Incidents:
Fights between customers or patrons.
Altercations involving staff or security personnel.
Sexual assault or harassment.
Negligent hiring or training of employees who commit battery.

The Liquor Liability market is experiencing significant upheaval. It's not just that costs have risen; Liquor Liability has become a scarce commodity.
