State Farm continues to have power outage due snow and ice storm in Texas.

Billing payment workaround:

1-800-440-0998 automated payment line for customers. You just need to provide your phone number and date of birth (or code on bill) . Hold times may be longer than usual due to all State Farm’s agencies due to the system outage.

If you need a tow, you can contact a local tow company and send the bill to the office to be reimbursed.

We will keep you updated as best as we can . Thank you for your patience.

State Farm continues to experience system outages and apologize for the issues this is causing. We are working hard to resolve this and we are optimistic that we will be fully operational soon. Thank you for your patience.

Due to the rapid spread of COVID-19, and in following advisement from state and federal agencies, our office will be closed to the public until March 30, 2020. The health and safety of our customers and employees is most important to us and we want to play our part in preventing the rapid spread of COVID-19.

We will be working remotely via phone or email. In keeping with that, our customers can still reach us during regular business hours (9AM-4:30PM) at our normal office number (410-734-0594). We will monitor our drop box for those customers that need to drop off payments, BUT we encourage phone or internet payments at this time.
