I finished my first goal of 5 miles for the American Cancer Society. I'm way off from my personal goal of 12 miles. It has been a tough month to be in the water and when I go I try to swim 1 mile. It takes about 1 hr 20 mins and then it is the time to get ready get in and out of the pool then home back at my desk. There have been a couple thunderstorm days and they close the pool and at the lakehouse and trying to get back to get the full 64 laps is tough. Today the pool is closed but as of today I have 376 laps. I only have 392 more laps to do and I'm past mid month. That is 7 more times to the pool this month which is quite possible.

Travis County Real Estate Market Statistics for May. June Stats will be out soon, I'm looking forward to seeing the changes. My office today. I saw Mom yesterday she looks good. I told her I would come by this afternoon and spend time with her then go out for dinner. I need to have work and Momma time balance. I set my alarm but feel back to sleep. I was really tired and the 8.5 hours sleep was needed. Time to list 2 new properties today or tomorrow.

My friends said it would not work. I'm glad I joined as this company has been life changing. I just wish I knew about it when it all started. My 4th anniversary was last month and I can say this is where I will stay. Some of my friends who joined before me are Millionaires now. I can say this is one of my streams of income. What do you do when Christmas snuck up on you and you need 2 dozen cookies for a party? You pull the frozen snickerdoodle cookie dough out of the freezer that are rolled in cinnamon and sugar ready for the oven. Oh but wait you have to take 2 dozen Christmas cookies with you. So you add sugar in a paper bowl then add your cake decorating red gel food coloring. Merry Christmas!!!

It was great getting together with our Austin eXp Family. Great mansion on the hill in Cedar Park with a guitar 🎸 swimming pool. Difficult to see in this picture because it was too dark. I thought I had more than 1 picture but I guess it was everyone else's cameras. Thank you for all who organized the GREAT party!!!!
