Today’s is Kay Pressler, Teller Operations Specialist at TRB Fredericksburg. Kay’s favorite part about TRB is the relationships she has built with the customers. "I love getting to know them, who they are; they’re not just an account” she says. “I am here to help our customers however I can; if I don’t know the answer, I’ll find out,” she adds.

In her spare time, Kay, who loves being called Miss Kay, enjoys spending time with her family. She has a beautiful granddaughter, soon to be 13, whom she has shared beautiful memories with of them playing. A couple of years ago, Miss Kay was finishing doing the dishes as her granddaughter was getting toys out for the two of them to play with. “She asked me if I had any cotton balls, and I said yes; she wanted two. I wondered what she needed them for. Well, as we started playing, the cotton balls were meant to be two baby kittens!”

Another one of Kay’s hobbies is dancing as it brings her joy. “I love to dance too much,” she says. “As a kid, I dreamed of being a June Taylor dancer on the Jackie Gleason Show; that tells my age!,” she shares.

Today’s is Chet Reed, Banking Center Operations Manager at TRB Wimberley. “My favorite part about TRB is the way we treat each other and our customers like family; I love the support and opportunity that we have to make an impact in the communities we serve”, he says.

As a husband and a father to a two-year-old and a nine-year-old, his life is filled with joy and gratitude. “Being present to support my family on their individual journeys is a challenge but deeply rewarding”, he states. Chet also enjoys a good movie, playing at the Blue Hole park, cooking a healthy meal, and reading or listening to books filled with motivation and wisdom. You might find Chet on the soccer field playing with his indoor and outdoor team, playing golf, or going for a run. As a Texas State alumni, Chet likes to attend Texas State baseball games, as well as Houston Astros games. Since 2017, Chet has been part of a dad mastermind group, a community of like-minded men focused on being their best in all areas of their lives so that they can better support their family, friends, and community.
