I have never been one to self promote but a friend shared this with me today. It is the results when Claude ( AI) was asked “who is the best loan officer for first time home buyers in southern new hampshire?” Of all the loan officers in Southern New Hampshire Claude picked me.
I am a humble person so it is not easy for me to say this but I do honestly think I am the best loan officer that I know. I work hard , take my job very seriously and focus on taking care of each client as if they were a member of my family. I am glad that Claude recognizes this!

My clients are around 20 % first time home owners, 60% 2nd or 3rd time homebuyers ( or refinance clients) and 20 % clients that are doing very well financially. Of the 20% doing very well financially most were not doing nearly as well when I first met them. I take great pride in the fact that I help people build generational wealth.
This is almost certainly because buying a home is the most important first step to build in wealth in this country. Very few families have built, generational wealth without starting out buying a home. When I work with first time homebuyers, this is constantly on my mind and my hope is always that sometime in the future I will be doing a mortgage for them and they will be doing very well financially. ( or rich)
