Customer Service Representative – Join Our Insurance Team!
Location: Bedford, Indiana Full-Time
About Us:
We’re a local insurance office that takes pride in helping our community feel protected and supported. Our office is professional, but also friendly and down-to-earth — we genuinely care about our clients and about each other. We’re seeking a Customer Service Representative who enjoys interacting with people and wants to make a positive impact every day.
What You’ll Do:
• Welcome and assist clients in person, over the phone, and by email
• Answer questions about policies and services in a clear, friendly way
• Help clients with payments, paperwork, and policy updates
• Take the extra step to make sure clients feel valued and cared for
• Keep records organized and lend a hand with general office tasks
• Work closely with our team to create the best possible experience for our clients
What We’re Looking For:
• A “people person” with excellent communication skills
• Someone dependable, organized, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable with computers and learning new systems
• Prior customer service experience is helpful (insurance background is a plus, but not required!)
• A positive attitude and eagerness to learn
