Hope jumped onto our GC intake call with Kayla today holding a sign that said:

🍪 “Tell them we have cookies.” 🍪
(We clearly… have some things to discuss with her.)....but while she was waving her cookie sign around, Kayla kept doing what she really does on intake.

✨ Talking through the process
✨ Answering allllll the big questions
✨ Making sure you meet the basic medical + lifestyle requirements
✨ Ensuring you feel supported — cookie or no cookie

Hope brings the chaos, but thankfully Kayla brings the accuracy. 😉

For legal and nutritional reasons, we’d like to clarify:
We do not, in fact, bribe surrogates with baked goods.

After reviewing your wildly creative suggestions, debating the chaotic ones (looking at you, “Progesterelf”), and ignoring the ones we legally could NOT use 😅…

We’re thrilled to introduce our tiniest, boldest, newest teammate:

Yes—HOPE.
She may be 10 inches tall and already reorganizing our office supplies…
but she’s also the one thing that shows up in every single surrogacy journey.

The laughter.
The nerves.

Behind every surrogacy journey, there’s often another set of hearts cheering just as loudly — the grandparents. 💙

They’re the ones proudly showing ultrasound pics to strangers in the grocery store, already buying “ #1 Grandma” mugs before transfer day, and secretly Googling “best toddler spoiling strategies.” 👀

At AFS, we know surrogacy doesn’t just create parents, it creates entire generations of love. Today, we celebrate the grandparents who waited, hoped, supported their own children, and finally got to hold the grandbabies of their dreams. 💫

Because let’s be real: parenthood is amazing… but grandparenthood is legendary. 👑

Everybody act normal. And if anyone asks about the “hostile takeover,” we were definitely just kidding. (…Right?? 👀)

👉 Amber P is back tomorrow and we need to straighten up and act like we’ve been doing professional, serious agency things this whole time.

But here’s the truth: surrogacy is serious. The contracts. The meds. The waitlists. The whole emotional rollercoaster. It’s heavy.
