A 25-acre equestrian estate along Northwest Portland’s Skyline ridge offers the next owner luxury, land, history and possibility, said broker Terry Sprague, who listed the property at $4,450,000.

If not sold by Oct. 28, the estate at 6220 N.W. Skyline Blvd. in the Forest Park neighborhood will be auctioned by Concierge Auctions with no minimum bid. The highest bid may be far less than the property’s value.

The highest bid in the no-reserve auction may fall well short of the list price for the equestrian property with sweeping Cascade views.

My local networking group, NW Meetup & Mastermind Group, volunteered this morning at With Love. This is an amazing group who's mission is to support foster families by providing safe, clean, quality clothing and essential supplies to children ages 0-6 experiencing foster care with dignity. A real pleasure to assist this organization!

On Saturday, Oct. 17, the nonprofit Docomomo US/Oregon will have a lecture and tour from 2 to 5 p.m. focused on the resort’s architect-designed homes.

A tour spotlights John Gray's vision for Salishan Coastal Lodge and Resort that drew celebrated Northwest modern architects to the central coast in the 1960s.
