Recently, during the Association of Home Builders’ International Builders’ Show in Orlando, Fargo, in collaboration with Orlando, donated two custom built children’s playhouses to Forward Path Foundation and Lifeboat Project Inc. These playhouses create safe spaces where children can play, imagine, and simply be kids. Proud to work for a company where showing up for our communities is part of who we are.

The Federal Reserve cut its short-term interest rate target by 25 basis points on Wednesday, December 10. That’s the third consecutive FOMC meeting resulting in a quarter-point cut. The target range for overnight lending in the fed funds market is now 3.75% to 3.50%, its lowest level in three years. The next FOMC meeting is scheduled for January 27-28.
