Did you know your assets could help you qualify for a mortgage — even if traditional income is limited?

Non-QM financing offers powerful solutions for borrowers whose income doesn’t fit inside the traditional credit box of agency and government loans.

Two options many people don’t know about:

✅ Asset Depletion
Allows eligible borrowers to qualify for a mortgage by documenting liquid assets (savings accounts, 401ks, brokerage accounts, etc.)

✅ Asset Utilization
Many non-QM programs allow assets to be used to help supplement existing income, helping strengthen overall qualifying income and improving purchasing power.

This can be a great fit for:
• Retirees with substantial savings
• Self-employed borrowers
• High-net-worth clients with lower reportable income
• Borrowers transitioning careers
