Homeownership plays a critical role in building long-term stability, and we’re proud to support opportunities that expand access in Northwest Dayton.

Through a partnership with the Montgomery County Land Bank, new 1- and 2-story homes are now available in the Fairview neighborhood, starting at $172,900. These newly built homes include modern features such as new appliances, detached garages, and a 15-year property tax reduction.

This partnership reflects a shared commitment to strengthening neighborhoods, supporting resident wealth-building, and creating pathways to homeownership for both longtime and future residents.
