🌟 TEAM MEMBER SPOTLIGHT TUESDAY🌟

This week’s Employee Spotlight is Elli Graves! Elli works for our Beaver Dam office. She is a graduate of Ohio County High School, where she was actively involved in both softball and golf. She joined the Carter Harrell State Farm team in 2022, starting as an Outbound Call Specialist during her junior year of high school. Since then, she has worked hard to earn her Property & Casualty, Life, and Health licenses, allowing her to help our customers with all aspects of their insurance needs. We like to joke that Elli may not be on time (ever 😂), but once she arrives, she’s ready to jump in and help wherever she’s needed.

Driver licensing offices across the state will temporarily close June 4-5 as the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet rolls out a new driver licensing system and online portal designed to reduce wait times ...

Offices will be closed starting June 4 and are expected to reopen by June 8.

Meet Susie Filback, the first friendly face you’ll see when you walk into our Beaver Dam office! Susie is always smiling and has a way of making everyone feel welcome. She seems to know everybody and brings that small-town friendliness to each customer interaction. As a valued member of our Carter Harrell State Farm team, Susie helps service our current customers while also warmly welcoming new ones. Her dedication, positive attitude, and commitment to helping others make her such an important part of our office and the service we provide every day.
