🚨 STORM ALERT: MID COUNTY SERVICE UPDATE

⚠️ Due to a power outage caused by the storm, our Mid County Experience Center is currently unable to serve members.

At this time, all services are unavailable at our Mid County location including drive-thru and ATM services.

You can still access your Rave accounts through:

📞 Rave Call Center

We are actively monitoring conditions and will provide another update as soon as service is restored.

In preparation of inclement weather due to the storm, all Experience Center lobbies will close at 11:00am today. Our drive-thrus will remain open in limited capacity for all locations with the exception of Jasper, Carroll St., Woodville, and Dayton, which will only have ATM access.

Rave Video Banking and our Call Center are open during regular hours.

🚨 FRAUD ALERT: Beware of PayPal Scams! 🚨

Scammers may pretend to be PayPal and contact you about a “suspicious transaction,” account issue, or payment that needs your attention. Their goal? To get you to share sensitive information or send money.

🚩 Watch out for:
📧 Fake PayPal emails or texts about a payment you don’t recognize
📞 Calls claiming to be from PayPal support
🔐 Requests for passwords, card information, or one-time passcodes
💸 Instructions to send money or “refund” a payment to fix an issue

Stop before you click or respond. If you receive a suspicious message, don’t use the phone number or link provided. Instead, open the official PayPal app or website directly to check your account. And remember: Never share a one-time passcode with anyone.

When it comes to scams, a little skepticism can go a long way. Stay alert and protect your money! 💙
