Our office is currently looking to hire 2-3 people for multiple positions!

Part time Bail Bond Agent 1-3 Shifts per Week
$14 Hour plus commission and shift diff available depending on certain shifts. Must be willing to travel to surrounding jails when needed.

Full Time Office Agent (MUST be Bilingual)
$14 Hour Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
Job Description: Will over see active accounts and collections along with shadow management for long term growth plan.

BOTH POSITIONS REQUIRE THE FOLLOWING BELOW!

*** MUST HAVE A CLEAN BACKGROUND RECORD/ NO ARREST **^

Oversee new bonds, and every day office procedures, answer multiple phone lines, collect payments, write bonds, and every day clerical procedures that may be needed in office.

Must Be:
▪️Able to pass criminal background check.
▪️Have a reliable vehicle
▪️Able to problem solve and multitask.
▪️A highly motivated individual that is assertive, dedicated, and honest.

⚠️ SCAM ALERT ⚠️

We have received reports of scammers impersonating bail bondsmen and contacting family members of incarcerated individuals. The callers are requesting payment over the phone and falsely promising the inmate will be released after payment is made.

In several cases, the scammers have used specific details about the inmate to appear legitimate. This information may be publicly available or obtained through other means to make the scam more convincing.

Please remember:
• Legitimate bond processes should always be verified directly with the jail or a licensed bail bond company.
• Never provide payment, banking information, gift cards, or electronic transfers to unsolicited callers.
• If you receive a suspicious call regarding an inmate, hang up and contact the Jefferson County Jail directly at (409) 726-2500.

If you believe you have been targeted or victimized by this scam, please contact local law enforcement immediately.
