Good morning, neighbors! ❤️

First and foremost — thank you, Jesus, we made it through! 🙏 We hope everyone woke up safe this morning and that our Southeast Texas neighbors experienced little to no damage from the storm.

If you did have damage to your home or vehicle, please know we’re here to help you figure out what comes next. You can begin a claim at any time through the State Farm app or website, calling claims directly at 1-800-732-5246 or by calling our office.

And if you’re not sure whether you need to file a claim yet — call us first! We’re happy to talk through what happened, discuss your deductible, answer questions, and help you decide on the best next step.

If you have damage that needs immediate attention, please make any reasonable temporary repairs necessary to prevent further damage and save your receipts for materials or labor.

We’re planning to be in the office today as normal and ready to help however we can. Stay safe out there, check on your neighbors, and give us a call if you need us. ❤️

Six years ago today, Lana Richards State Farm opened our doors, and what a six years it has been!

I’m incredibly thankful to God for His blessings over this agency, for the amazing team who shows up every day and takes such good care of our policyholders, and especially for YOU—our policyholders, friends, family, and community—who have trusted us and supported us along the way. We truly wouldn’t be here without you.

Of course, Tropical Storm Edouard decided to join our anniversary celebration today. 😂🌧️ We are OPEN, so please stay safe out there! There’s no need to brave the weather for us—give us a call and we’ll be happy to help from the comfort of your home. And if you happen to be out and about, stop in, grab a cup of coffee and help us eat some anniversary cookies! 🍪☕️

Six years down, and we can’t wait to serve Southeast Texas for the next 60. ❤️
