I wanted to change up my best friend’s happy birthday post this year. I mean really how many times can i try to find a new way to say the same ole' thing, year after year. Not to mention the fact I’m always forced to have mine written first, when everyone knows I’m the one who needs the few extra days to get something done. Ugh. Hence the reason I’m a few hours late. I decided that for our umm 29th for a few times now birthday, it was only fair to start crediting some of the people who spent countless hours loving us and trying their best to Instill the morals and values we needed. All the while doing their very best to raise us slightly rowdy girls. Although, at the time it may not have felt this way but in the end, y’all ultimately contributed to the women we are today. So Instead of the same happy birthday, I would instead like for us to to make a toast.

To Cindy Driggers Mcpartland and Roxanne Beverly it’s all because of y’all’s one decisions on that New Years eve night in 84’ not to have a headache, that we are even here. Not to mention If it wasn’t for you two Women wanting nothing more than for the two of us girls to have been Sugar and Spice and everything nice ,that we may have never ended up Hood and Wood while wishing a mufuka would. For that, we are thankful.

At the end of the day we are just tickled that we were the ones that were able to make you both the proud poster parents of just keep praising, things will get better.. Cheers to Lauren and I for our 29th for a few times birthday!!
