To Our Valued Customers:

With the storm activity we have seen in the last week, you may have been impacted with various degrees of property damage. Here is some general information to assist with the next steps:

We are staffed and ready to respond to your needs to get all claims submitted.
Insurance policies contain language that require we all take measures needed to minimize and prevent further damage. Should you be in a position in which temporary repairs must be made, please keep your receipts and present them to the adjuster as these expenses will be part of your claim and will be reimbursed.

You may want to contact contractors and body shops you are familiar with. We do not recommend signing any agreements that may assign your policy rights and benefits to a 3rd party. We are fortunate to have many contractors and body shops in a multi-county area that are qualified and knowledgeable to handle the work needed to repair your damaged property.

Claims may be submitted by calling our office. In addition, you may be insured with a carrier that has a direct claim reporting process through their website, smartphone app, or phone numbers. Below is a list of carrier phone numbers.
