Edward Jones-Financial Advisor: Mark Simonson

Edward Jones-Financial Advisor: Mark Simonson When we talk about investing as an Edward Jones client, we focus on long-term investing. That process begins with my investment in you and in our relationship.

As your Edward Jones financial advisor, I will take the time to get to know you…to understand your values and what you want to accomplish in your future. From that, we will develop a strategy to help you reach your goals, and along the way, we will monitor progress, make adjustments as needed, and celebrate milestones as we always keep our eyes on the prize. I will get to know you and here, you ca

n start getting to know me. Born the son of a farmer/seed salesman and an elementary school teacher, I grew up on the family farm near Palmer, NE. I have two brothers, Max, my twin and Nic, the eldest of us. As an elementary student, I attended a 3-room parochial school and then graduated from Palmer High School. I rounded out my education, earning my Finance degree, at the University of Nebraska at Kearney. After graduating from college, I worked the next 15 years in the banking industry, specifically in lending. I spent my first six years in Hallam, moving then to Scottsbluff and finally coming back to Beatrice. In May 2021, I joined the Edward Jones family, deciding I wanted to stay in the finance industry but to focus on a different side of the money transaction. While I am single, with no kids of my own, I have 7 nieces that I love to spoil. Community involvement is also important to me. I am on the Kiwanis board, the Beatrice Country Club board, the YMCA Foundation board and the Main Street Beatrice board. With my "me" time, I enjoy mountain biking, running, golf, volleyball and traveling. Now, give me a call. Let's take some time and talk about what you want to see in your future. All great journeys start with a single step. Take yours today. With personal service - Mark
