Role Description:

AMI INSURANCE is seeking a dedicated Commercial Insurance Professional for a full-time, on-site position in Mont Belvieu, TX. In this role, you will assist clients by providing tailored insurance solutions, managing policies, and supporting claims processes. Responsibilities include conducting risk assessments, managing client inquiries, coordinating with insurance brokers, and delivering exceptional customer service to maintain and grow client relationships. You will also provide financial advice related to insurance products and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

Qualifications:

*Proficiency in Insurance and Insurance Brokerage practices
*Strong knowledge of Finance as it pertains to policy analysis and recommendations
*Excellent Communication skills for effectively interacting with clients and stakeholders
*Experience in Customer Service to address inquiries and provide solutions with professionalism
*Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
*Ability to work effectively in an on-site, team-oriented environment
*Previous experience in the insurance sector preferred
*Insurance history preferred but not 100% required

Howdy Folks!!

My office, AMI Insurance Agency, is looking to hire another employee for our personal lines department!

The position is an 8:30 to 5:30, M-F position.

If you have experience in the property and casualty field, that is a major advantage!!

However, we are open to someone that has zero experience if they have an eager attitude and a want and will to work in the insurance industry.

We have a fun, family-like atmosphere, but rest assured, it’s work. We are looking for someone that can truly self-manage, show up to work on time, multi-task, possess a consistent upbeat mindset, is highly motivated, and works well in a team environment.

This is an “in office” position. The office is located at 7532 FM 3180 in Baytown Texas. We are about 1 mile south of I-10.

Our office currently has a staff of 13 people and 3 departments - Personal, Marine, and Commercial. Within these departments, there is plenty of room to grow for the right individual.

Maybe you currently work at an agency and are looking for a change…Maybe you’re new to the business and want to build a long-lasting career. Either option is available for the ideal person.
