Join our locally owned insurance agency in Bay City, TX! We're looking for a bilingual (Spanish/English) receptionist and customer service representative who’s ready to grow with us in a family-friendly, supportive environment.
📍 Location: 3600 Avenue F Suite A, Bay City, TX
🕒 Schedule: Full-time or Part-Time
💬 Languages Required: Spanish & English
💵 Pay: Base hourly pay
✨ What You’ll Do:
Answer phones professionally and direct calls
Greet and assist clients during onboarding
Provide friendly, helpful customer support
Keep accurate records and documentation
Use our agency management system (preferred, but we’ll train)
Be a key part of our positive, team-oriented office
🎯 What We’re Looking For:
Fluent in Spanish and English (required)
Customer service or reception experience (preferred)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Reliable, friendly, and detail-oriented
Willingness to learn and grow — we’ll train you!
Strong work ethic and a desire to excel
📚 Training Provided:
