🚨Just in!🚨 Here are the 2024 Loan Limits:

⭐ The Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) just announced 2024 conforming loan limits for loans acquired by Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. The new base limit is $766,550 for a single family home. 🏠 This is a $40,350 increase over last year's limit ($726,200).

⭐ The Federal Housing Administration (FHA) just announced the 2024 base loan limit of $498,257 for a single family residence for new case numbers assigned January 1st, 2024 and after.🏡 This is a $26,227 increase over last year’s limit of ($472,030).

💵 How will the increased loan limits support borrowers? The new loan limit increases will help borrowers more easily finance one-unit homes at the higher end of the price scale.
