Starting this month, we’re switching all of our apartments over to vinyl hardwood flooring between residents. It’s a big step for us to keep things modern and low-maintenance for our residents, but it also means a big change for our longtime carpet vendor, Dylan at ProTech Carpet Cleaning.

For years, Dylan has been the guy we could count on — friendly, fast, well priced, dependable, and willing to squeeze us in at the last minute when we needed it most for upcoming move-ins. While he’ll still be doing our hallways and stairwells seasonally, this change frees up a big chunk of his schedule… which means if you’ve been thinking about getting carpet work done, now’s the time to call him.
