Job Title: Ambassador of Customer Relations
Location: In-person at our Baxter office

Job Type:
Full-time (Sept 1 – April 1)
Starting pay : $20.00/hour may be adjusted based on experience.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Responsibilities:
Handle confidential information with discretion
Provide administrative support to staff and management
Manage and track office supplies
Assist with event planning and coordination
Perform clerical tasks: filing, photocopying, transcribing
Greet and assist clients, visitors, and vendors
Answer and redirect phone calls, take messages
Schedule and maintain staff calendars and appointments
Support customer inquiries with excellent service
Use Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Proven administrative or office experience
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Discreet and professional handling of confidential information
