A lot of faces. A whole lot of heart.🧡

Today is International Credit Union Day, and we can't think of a better way to celebrate than by sharing the people behind what we do!

This photo brings together team members from across our entire Ignite Credit Union family, including Allegan, BlueOx, and Rivertown. Different teams, different communities, but all working toward the same goal: leaving people better than we found them.

Being a credit union is about more than banking. It's about building relationships, showing up for our neighbors, and genuinely caring about the people we serve.

To our team members who bring that mission to life every day, and to our members who trust us to be part of their lives, thank you.

A whole lot of supplies, all headed somewhere they'll make a difference!

At Godwin High School, the counseling office helps make sure students have access to things like warm clothes, food, toiletries, and other everyday essentials when they need them.

So for CUKind Day this year, we decided to help them stock up!

Ignite Credit Union and our divisions contributed over $3,000 in supplies, and our team members pitched in with even more donations. Yesterday, after our Professional Development Day, we delivered it all to the school, and their team was so grateful!

We're thankful for the people at Godwin who show up for these kids every day and glad we could help make their work a little easier.

A little time together goes a long way!

Yesterday, our team joined the rest of the Ignite Credit Union family for our annual Professional Development Day!

It was a chance to reconnect with teammates from across our divisions, celebrate years of service, and give some well-deserved shoutouts to employees who go above and beyond to live out our values.

Our branches and ITMs are closed today for Indigenous People’s Day.

Our teams are meeting together today for professional development day at the Godwin Mercado. We’re looking forward to connecting, learning, and growing together.

Recently, one of our Battle Creek members surprised Emma with a flower and a handwritten thank-you note.

And while this sweet gesture made our day, it’s just one of many reminders lately of the impact Emma is making. From positive reviews to heartfelt thank-yous, it’s clear she’s making members feel seen, heard, and cared for.

This is what it’s all about...

Sometimes, helping a member goes far beyond a transaction.

Recently, Emma and Erica from our Battle Creek team had the opportunity to help a member through a difficult situation. They took the time to listen, find a way forward, and make sure she felt supported every step of the way.

When she came back into the branch, there were tears, hugs, and a whole lot of gratitude. We caught a glimpse on our cameras and just had to share!
