First closing with my good friend and LO Isaiah Arceneaux Nmls #: 2507105. Isaiah connected with our client after a change of circumstances led Madison to seek a 2nd opinion on her home loan.

She was pre approved and under contract eyeing a 5/7 close date when she officially submit her application. Within 12 days Isaiah and I found the best program available, prepped her for processing/underwriting, appraisal, and received our clear to close. Had all hands on deck and processing knocked it out the park to make it happen.

These two were pre approved by me in March of last year. A lot can (and will) change over a 1+ year span regardless of what season of life you’re in. We stuck together through changes in both our employers, changes in prices, changes in programs. But our goals were aligned- they needed a home for their family and I needed to customize a mortgage that fit their lifestyle

Don’t let complacency hold you back from taking risks! Every step you take is a risk, literally and hypothetically, every foot forward could lead to a fall (think about it). The trick is being calculated in your approach to taking them. Be proactive, learn about what types of terms, features and programs are available to you. Let me worry about it before you feel like it’s your job.

Thanks to the LaGranges for trusting me from day 1. And extra special thanks Amanda Perrin for all the time she invested in finding the perfect spot and negotiating an amazing deal. There’s a million ways to structure a purchase contract but none of them could have served our buyers better than what she drew up.

As the year winds down and we celebrate the holidays, I’ve been reflecting on how grateful I am for the families who trusted me to help them through the homebuying process. While I know I play just a small role in a much bigger achievement, it’s truly meaningful to be part of the journey that leads to a place where memories are made.

Homeownership doesn’t happen by accident—it’s the result of hard work, discipline, and often real sacrifices made with the goal of providing stability and happiness for loved ones. I’m inspired by the dedication my borrowers show in reaching this milestone, especially during a season centered on family and gratitude.

Being able to assist in securing a home—one that will be filled with family, laughter, and holiday traditions—is something I don’t take lightly. Thank you to every client who allowed me to be part of that. Wishing you all a warm, joyful holiday season in your new (and cherished) homes.

Thank you to all my friends and family supporting my professional page.
