I have answered this question six times this week, and it is only Wednesday.

Rates have actually held steady. The market already priced in the instability we saw earlier this year.

Here is the real story heading into Q4: buyers have not seen a better window to negotiate in a long time.

Buyers, you have the upper hand right now. Sellers, your house needs to be dialed in before it hits the market. Putting it up and hoping is not this market.
