It’s hard to imagine the SIF without Cinda after her 31 years with us—but it’s a joy to celebrate her as she steps into a well-earned retirement.

Cinda is known around our office for her smile, her kindness, and her willingness to jump in wherever she was needed. Over the years, she’s done just about every job here, always with a great attitude and genuine care for the people around her. If something needed to get done, Cinda was there without hesitation.

She says she’s not quite sure what she’ll do with all her free time in retirement, but knowing Cinda, we’re confident she’ll find a way to stay busy and keep spreading that same warmth wherever she goes.

Thank you, Cinda, for 31 years of dedication and commitment. Your smiling face will be missed around here more than you know. We wish you nothing but happiness in this next chapter.
