Just added Arkansas and Virginia! I’m incredibly thankful for the clients and opportunities that keep opening doors like this.

This is why I moved to CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC. 👆

That’s not a typo — that’s the actual product lineup I have access to right now. Conventional, Government (FHA/VA/USDA), Non-Agency, Non-QM, and full Broker capability for the deals that don’t fit in a box.

A few I use constantly: DSCR and manual underwriting for investors, Bank Statement and 1099 programs for self-employed borrowers, Bridge and Fix & Flip for people moving fast, and full broker access for 5+ unit and commercial deals CCM doesn’t lend on directly.

If a lender told you “no” this year — it might just mean they didn’t have the product. I probably do. Let’s look at your file.

This one’s outside conventional lending limits, so I brokered it through CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC to get my client into a DSCR program built for 5+ unit commercial deals. Qualified purely on the property’s own rental income — never touched his personal income or tax returns. 75% LTV.
