It's been 3 years since I welcomed Matt Dunbar to Team Garbarino. So thankful we made that decision because Matt has changed our office for the better. Any of our customers who have worked with Matt have nothing but positive things to say. He is a truly dedicated team member, and as a boss, you cannot ask for a better person to have around. As many of you may know, I am part of an organization - Hogs for the Cause - that delivers grants to families who have a child undergoing cancer (or any illness) treatment. The grants are to help ease some of the financial stress these families are under during an extremely difficult time. The team I am a part of fundraises all year in an effort to make an impact.

As a small business owner, I have the pleasure of supporting my community in various ways. This year I was one of the top sponsors for my team, Bark & Bite, to help us reach our goal. We raised over $225,000 - I can still hardly believe it - that will go directly to Hogs and to families. Blessed to be a part of a friend group who is so invested in this cause and in our community.
