Yesterday was the first day of daycare for this little guy. 🎒

For over a year, my wife has been his full-time everything: teacher, playmate, snack supplier, nap negotiator. Watching her pour into him every single day has been one of the greatest things I've ever seen.

Dropping him off was bittersweet. Excited for this new chapter, but grateful beyond words for the one that got us here.

Happy Memorial Day. 🇺🇸

Murph is one of my favorite ways to honor those who gave everything. One mile, 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 squats, another mile — all with a weighted vest.

Took a quick break to change a diaper because dad life doesn't stop. Then finished the run.

Grateful for the freedom to spend days like this with my family. Thank you to everyone who served.
