Depending on the situation, the hotline can provide immediate assessment and guidance, first-aid or self-care instructions, telemedicine, or referral to an appropriate medical provider.

The hotline can also assist with the First Report of Injury to help get the claims process moving.

We offer this service at no charge to Stonetrust policyholders, even if a claim is not ultimately made.
