5 years of De’Javon! ❤️
It’s hard to believe it’s been FIVE years since De’Javon joined our team!
De’Javon is truly one of a kind. She is hardworking, loyal, steady, incredibly efficient and always willing to step up when the team needs her. She can stay completely calm even when everyone feels chaotic and has grown into someone I trust and depend on so much.
But what I love most about De’Javon is how deeply she loves her people. She keeps her circle close, and if you’re lucky enough to be in it, she loves and celebrates you BIG. Watching her love her son Dru, her family and her friends over these years has made me love, appreciate and respect her even more.
From surviving Hurricane Ida just weeks after she started, to Mardi Gras outfits, mirror selfies, amazing parties and five years of doing life together — there are so many memories packed into these years.
I’ve called De’Javon a unicorn for a long time because she truly is a rare find. I’m so thankful she chose our agency five years ago and even more thankful she continues to choose us. ❤️
