We are currently seeking to hire a full-time Managing Partner to lead our Life & Health insurance department.

This position requires our candidates to have a proven track record of recruiting and leading a professional team of agents & advisors. You will be at the top of our chain of command in our Life & Health Department at our Baton Rouge office.

Aether offers a very competitive compensation structure that will enable you to focus on building and leading your team, rather than your own personal production. We have an agency CRM that you will also have access to. We also regularly receive new direct mailer leads, all for free to you and your team!

We currently market Individual/Consumer and Businesses/Commercial clients. We offer Annuities, ACA, Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplements, Supplemental insurance, Life, Disability, & Long-Term Care insurance products.

Bilal earned his bachelors and masters degree from LSU. He earned his Certification in Long Term Care and his Certified Senior Advisor designations in 2015. He has been in the insurance industry for nearly a decade, writing millions in sales production while leading some of the most competitive and successful insurance agents and teams in the country.

In addition to leadership, he has created long lasting business relationships helping hundreds of clients across the country.
