One of the newest homes we had purchased that was in a probate situation. Sellers were having a hard time selling the property before we were contacting.

We had this wrapped up & purchased within 8 days of getting a purchase order signed by both sides and also gave them 3 weeks to be able to get the rest of their belongings out.
