Alma Mater Spotlight: Batesville Highschool
From Batesville High School to building impactful careers, Ryan and Sam demonstrate to what strong roots and hard work do.
Ryan (Xavier University) and Sam (Purdue University) have brought their talents back to the Batesville community, leading both in and out of the office. Ryan on our Investment Management team and Sam's leadership in operations, both show how leading by example makes an impact in the office and throughout the community.
In a town known for its competitive spirit, both Ryan and Sam give back as coaches in Batesville, mentoring the next generation of athletes.
Ryan coaches the boys and girls golf teams at Batesville High School, both having individual and team success in recent years.
Sam's advice to new grads entering the business world:
"Find an organization or manager who values innovation and growth. Be flexible, be adaptive, be creative, do the work necessary to succeed. Your personal and professional success is a team effort, find your team."
