This past week, I had the incredible opportunity to visit the American Family Insurance headquarters in Madison, WI for the very first time — and wow, what an experience!

From amazing training sessions to a behind-the-scenes tour of the headquarters, every part of the week reminded me why I’m so proud to represent this company. We had the chance to participate in a Q&A with executives, hear the heart behind the mission of American Family, and learn even more about how deeply this company cares about both its customers and its agents.

We were definitely spoiled with tons of swag (which I absolutely loved 😄), but what stood out most was seeing firsthand the culture of support, innovation, and genuine care that exists throughout the company.

One of the most impactful parts of the trip was our visit with the Red Cross and touring the catastrophe response van. It was such a powerful reminder that insurance is about so much more than policies — it’s about being there for people during some of life’s hardest moments. American Family continues to be best in class when it comes to catastrophe response and helping customers quickly when the unexpected happens. I’m proud to be part of a company that is prepared, proactive, and truly shows up for people in times of crisis.

Beyond all the learning, one of the best parts of the week was the time spent with fellow agents, colleagues, and friends. So many great conversations, laughs, encouragement, and shared passion for serving our communities well.

Grateful for this experience, inspired for the future, and even more excited to continue serving our customers every day. What a great company to be part of! 💙
