Today is Purple Up Day in honor of military kids 💜

These kids may not wear the uniform, but they are some of the most adaptable, resilient, and kind humans you will ever meet.

They learn how to make new friends quickly, step into new environments with courage, and build community wherever they go. They understand change in a way most people never have to, and they handle it with a strength that is genuinely inspiring.

Purple represents all branches of the military combined. Today, it represents the strength and spirit of military children everywhere.

If you’re raising one of these incredible kids, or you were one, this day is for you.

And if you know a military child, take a moment to celebrate them today.

I’m so excited to be heading back to Vance AFB to host our Military Spouse Appreciation Event again this year! 🇺🇸

This community holds such a special place in my heart, and I’m incredibly grateful for the support that’s made it possible to bring this event back. Spouses are truly the backbone of our military families, and it means so much to create a space that celebrates and supports such a deserving (and often unrecognized) group.

It takes a village to pull something like this together, and I’m beyond fortunate to have an amazing planning committee (shoutout to Kim and Laura) and so many local businesses stepping up to back this initiative. Just take a look at some of the door prizes we have lined up! 👀
