An amazing accomplishment!

Recently, six member-owned stores were represented in the North American Hardware and Paint Association - NHPA's Retail Management Certification Program (RMCP). Created in partnership with Ball State University, RMCP is designed to provide home improvement business owners with a comprehensive, college-level educational program that further develops their leadership and management capabilities. The students came to Indianapolis for the first of two in-person socially-distanced sessions. Most recently, participants gave their semester business improvement projects via Zoom.

Special shoutout to Austin Diehl from Randy's Hardware in Timberville, VA for being chosen to present his business improvement project to the judges and sponsors. And congratulations to Corby Russell from PaulB Hardware in Lititz, PA who was presented with the Marcus Moran “Best in Class” award.
